0 Fixed a dress

I found this cute dress on clearance at Kohls for $7!!!

Problem: it was a tad too low in the neckline (cleavage baby) and a tid bit short (just brushed my knee caps).

Solution: I added some black lace by hand. ($3.54 -Walmart).

TaDa... A $10 dress!
